The seller makes the goods available to the buyer at their own facilities (factory, warehouse, etc.), releasing themselves from all responsibility from that moment onwards.
The buyer assumes all risks and costs (customs procedures, transportation, freight, and insurance) from the seller’s facilities to the destination point.
