On April 28, 2022, China Customs issued information to take emergency preventive measures against a total of 19 aquatic products companies from Vietnam and other countries exporting to China.
Covid-19 virus was detected in the packaging samples of the products of these 19 companies.
Among them, 14 in Vietnam were suspended:
Eight manufacturers (registration numbers are DL 367, TS 198, DL 26, DL 801, DL 68, DL 489, DL 791, DL 898) for one week;
Three manufacturers (registration numbers are DL 717, DL 07, and DL 155) for 4 weeks;
One manufacturer (registration number DL 297) for 2 consecutive weeks;
Two manufacturers (registration numbers DL 712 and DL 726) for 5 consecutive weeks.
The import declaration from Pakistan manufacturer M/s. Three Star Sea Foods. (registration number T-452/2016) was suspended for one week.
The acceptance of the import declaration of the Peruvian manufacturer CONGELADO SUPERFISH S.A.C. (registration number P342-CAL-CNSP) was suspended for one week.
The acceptance of the import declaration from Indian manufacturer M/s. S.K. Foods (registration number 1267) for 1 week.
The acceptance of the product import declarations of Estonian fishing vessel MFV Lootus OÜ Lennuk EK-1602 (registration number T94) and Spanish cold storage FRIGORIFICOS OYA, S.A. (registration number 40.09582/PO) for 1 week.
