When China Customs conducted video inspections of foreign aquatic product enterprises, 3 companies, Korean ASIA COLD STORAGE CO. LTD SECOND FACTORY (Registration No. KP-693), Indonesian CV. SINAR TIRTA (Registration No. CR 760-16) and Vietnamese BH CO. LTD (Registration No. HK 761) were found not to comply nor with the “Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of Covid-19 in Food Enterprises” issued by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), neither with food safety, hygiene and quality control requirements.
In accordance with Chinese laws and regulations, the acceptance of import declarations for aquatic products from 3 companies will be suspended starting from August 29, 2022.
The above information has been notified to the official authorities of the exporting countries.
