In August, about 151.5 tons of shrimp products were not allowed to enter China.

On September 17th, the General Administration of Customs of China announced the list of foods that were not allowed to enter China in the month of August. The 151,5 tons of shrimps banned from entering China are from Ecuador (123.9 tons of Vannamei shrimps) and Vietnam (27.6 tons of frozen black tiger).

Comparing to the months of June and July the amount of shrimps excluded from imports in China decreased.
