To make the declaration, it is necessary to complete the vehicle and driver data, select “Yes, it is a food cold chain”, and complete the category, weight and company data. The inspectors will verify the data of the cold chain food declaration and will release those that have been previously declared. For those that have not been declared in advance, inspectors will inspect the cold chain food trucks and check the relevant food cold chain certificate codes.
Truck drivers must cooperate with the inspection. If they do not cooperate, law enforcement officials will take relevant mandatory action against the vehicle and the food cold chain in accordance with the law.
