Most of China’s import ports are located in these nine provinces. Therefore, more than 90% of the country’s imported cold chain food can be traced.
So how does the platform achieve traceability?
First, when the cold chain goods enter the customs for disinfection, the platform will generate a QR code for the batch of goods. Workers who come into contact with the goods in each link only need to scan the QR code on the master box with the platform APP. The workers can upload the reported safety information of the goods, and easily check the various documents attached to the goods (such as inspection and quarantine certificate, customs declaration, nucleic acid report and disinfection certificate).
By scanning the QR code, you can know the warehouse information and personnel information of each link of the cold chain cargo from the arrival of the port, which is very convenient and fast.
The traceability system basically displays the information traceability of the entire chain from customs entry to production and processing, wholesale and retail, and catering services. At the same time, combining the QR code of the goods with the health code of the personnel. Once the goods have problems, the related products and all personnel who contacted the goods can be quickly tracked through the system, which greatly simplifies the work process and saves costs.
