Good news! The largest frozen market in central China is officially re-opened!

On December 11, the Zhengzhou government of Henan Province issued a notice to close the frozen product market in its jurisdiction. Since then, the largest aquatic product market in central China—-Henan Zhongyuan Siji Aquatic Product Market has been completely closed, and the frozen products in the market have been inspected.

After more than ten days of closure, the market finally announced the opening yesterday. However, merchants need to sign a safety commitment for resuming their business.

The safety commitment letter requires merchants to strictly control the purchase of goods. When purchasing goods, they need to ask for import goods declaration forms, entry goods inspection and quarantine certificates, nucleic acid test certificates and disinfection certificates. Imported foods with incomplete documents are not allowed to enter the market. At the same time, merchants are required to make purchase records.

Merchants will use “Zheng Cold Chain” app to upload cargo information in timely. The goods will not be shipped out of the warehouse without the “Zheng Cold Chain” code. If there are violations, they will be closed for three days and rectified; the store movers are required to do nucleic acid testing once a week and other employees will be tested each month and will receive the vaccine to ensure that all personnel are healthy and ready to work.
